First free "community meat and greet" BBQ

The Raukūmara Pae Maunga Restoration Project proudly supports community initiatives that aid the eradication of injurious pests and it was a privilege to engage with our hunter-gatherer whanau at place!

As proud sponsors of the @Hunt2provideonthe35 competition, we were honoured to meet, greet, eat, and celebrate with our hunting community. This great event, with 422 registered hunters, gave us the chance to catch up kanohi ki te kanohi, celebrate our hunter-gatherer community, and update friends and whānau on the project’s progress to date.
